Office Refurbishment

When you need to alter your office accommodation and layout, we can advise and work with you to find the best solutions.  We undertake works including interior design, space planning, partitioning, decorations, telephone data points, lighting, power, glazing, bespoke finishes, plumbing, ceilings and flooring.  We specialise in out-of-hours office refurbishment – we aim to minimise disruption for you by completing the works at nights, weekends or bank holidays when it won’t disrupt daily operations.  Specific services we offer clients in occupied office spaces include:

• Minor building works and alterations
• Alterations to existing power, phone, data, plumbing and heating or air conditioning services
• Replacement of ceilings and hard and soft floor coverings
• Refurbishment of tea points, kitchens or rest areas
• Refurbishment, replacement or relocation of partitioning
• Decorations to interior walls and office spaces, surfaces and woodwork
• Relocation of desks and storage units
• In situ deep cleaning

In carrying out such works we can, as needed and appropriate:

 Officerefurb2   • Advise on energy savings and areas of non-compliance
• Work with Facilities and HR departments to prepare scope of works, cost budgets, implement programmes and manage projects so as to minimise down-time and disruption
• Liaise with Landlords and Building Control officers
• Provide relevant Health and Safety documentation including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, policies and test certificates
• Advise on and provide office furniture, storage wall systems, reception desks, signage, conference and post room equipment
• Advise on layout, finishes, fixtures and fittings
• Clear all areas within the planned works of furniture and effects and replace them at the end of the job.

After your office works are finished we can provide a maintenance service as needed.
